300m+ (pro dive) watches

Serious dive watches with screw-down crowns and beefy gaskets.

What 300m+ water resistance actually means

30 bar static, the professional end. Typically paired with a screw-down crown and thicker gaskets, and usually — though not always — certified to ISO 6425 rather than only ISO 22810. Worth checking the dial: the word DIVER'S is a regulated marking, whereas “300m water resistant” on its own is only the pressure figure.

Water resistance is not permanent — gaskets compress and age. Manufacturers generally recommend a pressure re-test if the case has been opened, or periodically for a watch used in water.
